Welcome to the official homepage for the Central Mississippi Model Railroaders Association. Established in 1955, the CMMRA is a scale model railroad, 501C(3) non-profit organization. We feature two beautiful layouts, HO and N Scale. The layouts are operated with a DCC control system that allows us to run multiple trains on the same track at the same time! The DCC system makes it easier for us to run more than one locomtive per train. Some members have pulled 100 plus car trains with 5 locos!! A very impressive site to see. We also run trains with on-board sound and special lighting effects such as true operating ditch lights. And of course, smoke from the steam engines.
